Another yoghurt bowl.. So easy and so good for you...

Full fat Greek Yoghurt, Strawbs, raw almonds, banana, cinnamon, maca powder, matcha powder and chia seeds..Very satisfying and because of these bowls of bliss. I have stopped needing extra protein in my diet.Meaning I don't need to supplement with protein powders. Saving $money and enjoying a more wholesome approach of EATING the protein I need to rebuild muscle and live well.
