I quit sugar four years ago when I was pregnant with my first son. It was making me fat, sick, lethargic... miserable. It was hard, but I got there. The reward has been incredible. For me and my family.

We all come in different shapes and sizes. Different cultures, different genes, different lifestyles, different stresses, different careers, different history.

COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY.

So instead of comparing your hips, legs, hair, butt and the list goes on... to someone else...... Remember that being HEALTHY looks different on everyone. 

You are responsible for how active you are and what you fuel your body with.

For me, healthy means eating nourishing food, but not missing out on the things that I love, like chocolate. Healthy for me means going for a run and letting those endorphins run forth and make me feel great. For me, healthy means being outside every chance I have and enjoying nature. For me, being healthy is looking after my mind. Getting enough sleep. Surrounding myself with genuine, positive people.

But that's just me.
