Apricot and Coconut Bliss Balls
Makes 20 depending on how you size them :)
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 3 tbs nut butter of your choice (natural - so no added sugar or salt)
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until well combined (1 minute). Test by trying to roll a ball.
(if too dry, add a tsp water and process again. If too wet add a few tbs oats and process again)
2. Roll into desired sizes and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
